Shipping Information
We dispatch most orders the same day you place them. Your Deal Digger finds are packed with care and on their way to you fast.
Order Processing
Section 01We take pride in our fast turnaround. Here is what to expect after you place an order:
- Same-Day Dispatch — Most orders placed on a business day (Monday–Sunday) are picked, packed, and dispatched the very same day.
- Same-Day Pickup — Prefer to collect in person? Choose the pickup option at checkout. Orders are typically ready within a few hours of placement — see Section 2 for full pickup details.
- Daily Cut-Off Time — Orders received before our daily cut-off are prioritized for same-day dispatch. Orders after the cut-off ship the following business day.
- High-Demand Periods — During promotions or holidays, processing may occasionally extend to 1 business day. We will notify you by email if this applies.
- Dispatch Confirmation — Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- Payment Verification — Orders requiring payment verification may be held briefly. Ensure your payment details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
- Quality Check — Every item is inspected before dispatch. We also photograph and video products upon request before they leave us.
Same-Day In-Store Pickup
Section 02Don't want to wait for delivery? Pick up your order the same day — straight from our Kitchener location. It's fast, free, and you get to inspect your item before you take it home.
- Select Pickup at Checkout — Choose the "Local Pickup" option when placing your order. No shipping fee will be charged.
- Ready Same Day — Most pickup orders are prepared and ready for collection within a few hours of your order being placed during business hours.
- Pickup Notification — You'll receive a confirmation message (email or WhatsApp) once your order is ready. Please wait for this notification before coming in.
- Pickup Location — 40 Lancaster St E, Kitchener, ON N2H 1M4. Please bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine).
- Hours for Pickup — You can collect your order Monday–Sunday, 9AM–6PM EST. No pickup outside these hours.
- Quality Check Included — Before we hand your order over, our team opens and inspects every item for quality. We'll show it to you in person so you can verify the condition before you take it.
- Photos & Videos — If you'd like to see your item before making the trip, just ask — we'll send you a photo or working video via WhatsApp or email beforehand.
- Uncollected Orders — If your pickup order is not collected within 5 business days of the ready notification, we may cancel and refund your order. Please contact us if you need more time.
- Return Policy for Pickup — Pickup orders have a 1-day (24-hour) return window since you have the opportunity to inspect the item before leaving.

Section 03Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are in business days only. These are estimates — actual delivery may be faster.

KWC & Guelph Local Delivery
Section 04As a Kitchener-based business, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge (KWC) and Guelph benefit from our fastest delivery times.
- Typical Delivery — Most KWC and Guelph-area orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Maximum Wait — In almost all cases, local orders are delivered within 48 hours of dispatch.
- Rare Exceptions — In very unusual circumstances, delivery may take up to 3 business days.
- Full Tracking — Every local order includes a tracking number from dispatch to delivery.
- Pickup Available — Local customers may also choose in-store pickup. Contact us to arrange.
Shipping to the United States
Section 05Customers in the United States can enjoy Deal Digger products with completely hassle-free cross-border shopping.
- Delivery Time — Most US orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
- Same-Day Dispatch — US orders follow the same same-day dispatch commitment as Canadian orders.
- Full Tracking Included — Every US shipment comes with a tracking number right to your door.
- Pricing in CAD — All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank will convert to USD at the current exchange rate.
- Delayed Order? — If your US order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact us at info@dealdigger.ca and we will investigate immediately.
Track Your Order
Section 06Every Deal Digger order comes with a unique tracking number sent to your email at dispatch. Use it to follow your parcel in real time.
- Where to Find It — Your tracking number is in the dispatch confirmation email sent to your checkout address.
- Tracking Not Updating Yet? — It can take a few hours to appear after dispatch — this is completely normal.
- No Dispatch Email? — Check your spam folder. If still missing after 1 business day, contact us.
- Need Help? — Email info@dealdigger.ca with your order number and we'll resend it promptly.
Shipping Costs
Section 07Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions, displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
- Displayed at Checkout — All charges shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) before you confirm — no surprises.
- Free Shipping — We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check the current threshold at checkout or on our promotions page.
- Non-Refundable — Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
- Variable Rates — Rates may vary based on your location, order weight, and any carrier surcharges during peak periods.
- Bulk Orders — For large or bulk orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
What's in Your Package
Section 08Every Deal Digger order is carefully inspected and packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
- Quality Check — Every item is opened and inspected by our team before packing. We can send photos or a working video upon request.
- Secure Wrapping — All items are carefully wrapped to prevent movement and damage during transit.
- Extra Protection — Fragile or breakable items are additionally padded for maximum protection.
- Invoice Included — Your order invoice or summary is included inside the package for easy reference.
- Promotions — We occasionally include promotional inserts or discount codes as a thank you.
Weekend & Holiday Orders
Section 09We operate 7 days a week, but carrier pickup schedules may affect dispatch on some days.
- Monday – Sunday — We process and pack orders every day. Dispatch depends on carrier availability.
- Statutory Holidays — Orders placed on a statutory holiday are dispatched on the next available carrier pickup day.
- Carrier Schedules — Delivery carriers also do not operate on statutory holidays. Transit times resume the next business day.
- Time-Sensitive Orders — If ordering a time-sensitive item, we recommend placing your order well in advance, especially around major holidays.
Delivery Issues
Section 10We do everything possible to ensure smooth delivery, but occasionally issues arise. Here's how we handle them:
- Parcel Not Arrived? — Check your tracking number first. If no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us immediately.
- Missed Delivery Attempt — The carrier may leave a notice card with pickup instructions. Check your mailbox and front door.
- Marked Delivered But Not Received — Check with neighbours and building management. If still not found, contact us within 3 business days.
- Damaged in Transit — Email info@dealdigger.ca within 3 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Carrier Delays — Weather events or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will always assist and investigate on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Section 11It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
- Wrong Address? Act Fast — Email info@dealdigger.ca immediately — before dispatch. We may be able to update it in time.
- After Dispatch — Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.
- Returned Parcels — If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply.
- Unit Numbers — For apartment or condo deliveries, always include your unit number to prevent missed deliveries.
- Our Liability — Deal Digger is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Large & Bulk Orders
Section 12Ordering in bulk for your business, community, or event? We'd love to help.
- Processing Time — Bulk orders may require an additional 1–2 business days of processing beyond standard same-day dispatch.
- Shipping Quote — Please contact us in advance for a custom shipping quote for large orders.
- Custom Packaging — We can discuss custom packaging or labelling options for wholesale or resale bulk orders.
- Recurring Orders — For businesses placing regular bulk orders, we may be able to arrange scheduled dispatch agreements.
- Tracking & Coverage — All bulk orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance coverage.
