• Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather events are outside our control.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. DealDigger.ca is not liable for delays once the parcel is with the carrier.
• International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. DealDigger.ca is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
