We ship across Canada, to the United States, and offer free same-day in-store pickup from our Kitchener location.

Yes! We are located at 40 Lancaster St E, Kitchener, ON N2H 1M4. You are welcome to place an order online and choose the free in-store pickup option at checkout.

Our pickup hours are Monday–Sunday, 9AM–6PM EST. We do not currently offer walk-in browsing, but pickup orders are ready within hours of placement.

Placing an order is simple:

  • Browse our products and add items to your cart
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping or select pickup
  • Choose your preferred payment method and complete the purchase
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. We never store your full card details on our servers. All transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption.

Because we dispatch most orders the same day, our window for modifications is very short. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dealdigger.ca or call +1 519-504-5730 if you need to make changes.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In that case, you may initiate a return once it arrives — please review our Returns Policy for eligibility.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically within a few minutes of your purchase. If you haven't received one:

  • Verify the email address you used at checkout
  • Allow up to 15 minutes for delivery

Yes, all prices displayed on DealDigger.ca are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). This includes taxes where applicable. If you are shopping from the United States, your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the amount to USD at the current exchange rate.

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission, and payments are handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never see or store your full credit card number.

Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch most orders the same business day (Monday–Sunday), provided the order is placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the following business day.

During peak periods or holidays, processing may occasionally extend to 1 business day — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Kitchener / Waterloo / Cambridge / Guelph: Mostly 24 hrs — max 48 hrs
  • Greater Toronto Area: 1–3 business days
  • Ontario (rest of province): 2–3 business days
  • Québec: 2–4 business days
  • BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 3–5 business days
  • Atlantic provinces: 3–5 business days
  • Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: 4–7 business days

Yes! We ship to all US states. US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch and include a full tracking number right to your door. Our same-day dispatch commitment applies to US orders as well.

Prices are in CAD and your bank will convert to USD. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, contact us immediately at info@dealdigger.ca.

Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to get real-time delivery updates.

If tracking isn't updating yet, allow a few hours after dispatch — this is completely normal. No email? Check your spam folder or contact us at info@dealdigger.ca with your order number.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions, and are shown clearly before you confirm your order at checkout — no surprises.

We regularly offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Check the current free shipping threshold at checkout or on our promotions page. For large or bulk orders, contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The current free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout. We also run seasonal free shipping promotions — follow our store for the latest deals.

Alternatively, in-store pickup is always completely free with no minimum order.

Same-day pickup is simple and free:

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout — no shipping fee charged
  • Your order is typically ready within a few hours of placement during business hours
  • You'll receive a confirmation message (email or WhatsApp) when it's ready
  • Come to 40 Lancaster St E, Kitchener, ON with your order confirmation
  • Our team will open and verify the item with you before you leave

Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" notification before making the trip. Do not arrive before receiving this confirmation.

Absolutely! Before every pickup order is handed over, our team opens and inspects the product for quality. We are also happy to send you a photograph and/or a working video via WhatsApp or email beforehand so you can verify the item's condition before making the trip.

If your pickup order is not collected within 5 business days of the ready notification, we may cancel and refund the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dealdigger.ca or +1 519-504-5730 if you need to arrange a different collection time — we are always happy to accommodate.

Returns & Refunds

Category 05

We offer a fair and straightforward return policy:

  • Shipped orders: Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Pickup orders: Return request must be made within 1 day (24 hours) of pickup
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

To start a return, email info@dealdigger.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email info@dealdigger.ca within your return window with your order number, item(s), and reason
  • Step 2: Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team within 2 business days
  • Step 3: Repack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Step 4: Ship using a tracked service — return shipping is at buyer's cost unless the fault is ours
  • Step 5: Receive your refund within 1 business day of us receiving and approving the return
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process approved refunds within 1 business day. After processing, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within your return window and we'll make it right immediately:

  • Email info@dealdigger.ca with your order number
  • Include clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs
📷 The more detail in your photos/video, the faster we can resolve your claim.

The following items are non-returnable (except if they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Opened or used items with a broken seal
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at checkout
  • Custom, personalized, or special order items
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Digital products or downloads once accessed

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or if you received the wrong item. We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.

If the same product is no longer available, we will offer a store credit or full refund. Contact us at info@dealdigger.ca to begin an exchange request.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:

  • Change of mind / unwanted item: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: DealDigger covers all return shipping costs — a prepaid label will be emailed to you

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

We take quality seriously. Before every order is packed and dispatched:

  • Our team opens and visually inspects every item for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • We photograph the item — available on request before delivery or pickup
  • For electronics and functional products, we record and send a working video upon request
  • Items are securely packed to prevent transit damage, with extra padding for fragile goods

This ensures a clear record of condition when it left our hands.

Yes! Simply contact us at info@dealdigger.ca or via WhatsApp at +1 519-504-5730 after placing your order, and we'll send you photos and/or a working video of your specific item before it leaves us.

📸 This service is available for both shipped and pickup orders — just ask!

We make every effort to ensure product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to monitor or screen settings and photography lighting.

If the item you receive differs significantly from what was advertised, please contact us within your return window and we will resolve it promptly — either through a replacement or full refund.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to come back in stock
  • Choose an alternative product of equal value
  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method
